To assist you in achieving your “repair on first visit targets”, Jacksons can work with its partners to operate van stock. Vehicles carry an agreed level of stock to allow operatives to deal with the majority of repairs, even outside normal opening hours.
Maintenance staff are responsible for the goods kept on their vehicle and the selection can be customised. After each repair staff would list the materials used and Jacksons will replenish van stocks on receipt of this official order. Jacksons can arrange delivery of each van stock the following day. Stock will be individually bagged and clearly labelled for easy identification. Alternatively, operatives can call at Jacksons to replenish stock at any time during normal opening hours.
The system has been shown to give savings and, if required, Jacksons can conduct regular stock takes and provide a rolling audit program.
